Meet the woman behind
the mission
Marine. Therapist. Researcher. Three decades of burning out and rebuilding taught her the system she now teaches to thousands.
Why She’s Driven to Serve
Dr. Kimberly Wilson a retired Marine Corps veteran, licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience, and mother of two knows firsthand the heavy weight of burnout. While leading mental health teams and raising infants, she struggled as the boundaries between her career and home life dissolved. She hit every external metric of success, yet felt exhausted, overwhelmed, and completely devoid of joy. After reaching a breaking point in her car between meetings, she chose to change her direction. She committed to personal transformation and developed sustainable strategies to reclaim balance and presence in her own life.
Driven by her journey, Dr. Kimberly created Cure Your Burnout™ and her signature Eternal Flame program to guide high-achieving women toward honoring their needs, balancing their energy, and accomplishing more with less effort. Holding a doctorate in International Psychology, she combines clinical mental health expertise, organizational leadership experience, and a global perspective to help clients navigate complex relationships, family dynamics, and multinational career challenges without spinning their wheels.
